Your Circle, Your Outcome

There’s a saying that you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. Whether you realize it or not, the people in your inner circle are shaping your mindset, your habits, and ultimately, your results. In other words, your circle sets your standards.

In fitness, this is obvious—train alongside disciplined, driven individuals, and their work ethic will push you. Hang out with people who skip workouts and make excuses? That mindset starts to feel normal. But this truth extends beyond the gym. It applies to your faith, your finances, your personal growth—every area of life.

Surround yourself with disciplined, faith-driven, and growth-minded people, and you’ll start picking up their habits, their drive, and their standards.

Influence is contagious—make sure you’re catching the right things.

If you're looking to improve areas of your life - audit your circle. Who challenges you? Who drains you? Start making adjustments today!
