We were being a little silly today and participated in April Fools Day. We made a social post about our beloved bikes. These machines are notorious for not being a fan favorite. But, we program them anyways because they are beneficial.
This got me thinking about the hard things that we do in life. We can't always get around the things we don't want to do. And if we do, it's going to leave somethings unbalanced.
For instance, if you skip bike day over and over then you don't get the benefits that go along with it. For instance, it builds mental toughness because there's no coasting on the echo bike, you have to work it or you'll be all day on it trying to get the numbers to roll over. It also increases cardio endurance! Woooh! I know that's not the flashiest thing in the world but it is necessary for heart health and life. Like running after your kids or going on a kayaking trip with your friends. We want you to be able to do the FUN STUFF at any given moment and not be hindered by something we could've be training for via a gym routine.
That's why our slogan is MOVE BETTER THROUGH LIFE!
You'll do cool stuff in the gym but what matters most to us is that it enhances your life for outside the gym.
Your fitness/health is not a joke!
