Consistency with __________

We hear all the time that, "Consistency is key" and "Consistency leads to success!" But, are these statements really enough to help you achieve it? They are motivational, yes, but it might be putting the cart before the horse. First, we need help getting started and knowing how to do it.

What Is Consistency?

Definition: It is the state or condition of always happening or behaving in the same way.

Application to Life: Consistency is not about perfection, but about showing up and finding a way to keep moving forward, no matter what life throws your way.

Alrighty, so in a nutshell, you take a task, put it on repeat, and bend with life's challenges. A question to ask yourself along the way is, how can I master the art of adaptability?
